By downloading, installing, or using the Plank Trainer mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Plank Trainer is a fitness application designed to help users perform plank exercises with timer functionality, workout tracking, and customizable training plans. The App provides:

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated before purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription screen.
The free version of Plank Trainer displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads. Ads may include:
Advertisements are not displayed during active workouts. Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:
are owned by Plank Trainer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
You may create custom workout plans within the App (Premium feature). These plans are stored locally on your device and remain your property.
All user-generated content is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, control over, or responsibility for your custom content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plank Trainer, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices or features. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period. You will be notified of price changes before your next renewal.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your device's subscription settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violation of these Terms.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third parties.
The App is available globally through standard app stores. However, we make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
