2.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Plank Trainer stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Workout History: Records of your completed plank exercises, including duration, date, and time
• Custom Training Plans: Your personalized workout routines and training programs that you create
• App Settings: Your preferences for notifications, sound, and other app configurations
• Progress Statistics: Your workout statistics and achievement data

2.2 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect certain data:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

For users without a Premium subscription, we display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• Device information (model, operating system version)
• IP address (for geographic ad targeting)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

On iOS 14.5 and later, you will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may decline this request, and non-personalized ads will be shown instead.

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:

If you enable push notifications, we use the device's notification system to send you workout reminders. We only store notification preferences locally on your device.

The data stored locally on your device is used solely to:

• Manage your subscription status and premium features
• Display relevant advertisements (for non-Premium users)
• Enhance your user experience within the app

4. Advertising

Plank Trainer displays advertisements to users who have not purchased a Premium subscription. Ads are served by Google AdMob and may include banner ads and interstitial ads.

• Personalized Ads: If you grant tracking permission (iOS) or have not opted out of personalized ads (Android), ads may be tailored based on your interests.
• Non-Personalized Ads: If you decline tracking permission or opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
• Premium Users: Users with an active Premium subscription do not see any advertisements.

5. In-App Subscriptions

Plank Trainer offers Premium subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly). Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google according to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your workout data, custom plans, and app settings are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by your mobile operating system. Subscription status is managed through Apple/Google and RevenueCat's secure infrastructure.

7. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. Data may be shared with the following services solely for the purposes described in this policy:

• Google AdMob: For serving advertisements (non-Premium users only)
• RevenueCat: For subscription management and validation
• Apple/Google: For processing in-app purchases

8. Push Notifications

If you opt-in to receive push notifications:

• Notifications are delivered through your device's operating system notification service (Google Firebase for Android, Apple Push Notification Service for iOS)
• You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app
• We do not track or collect data about your notification interactions

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our app, please contact us.

Your local data is retained on your device until you choose to delete it manually or uninstall the app. Subscription records are retained by Apple/Google and RevenueCat according to their data retention policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Posting a notice in the app (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

13. International Users

Third-party services (Google AdMob, RevenueCat) may process data in countries outside your own. These services comply with applicable data protection regulations. Your local workout data remains on your device and is not transferred internationally.
